  • Thanks for your reply Natwest, yes I have done those things as I say I do not need advice how to do that so what else will the bank suggest?

    Are you still using the account and is the income going in exceeding the outgoings TODAY?

    If income is exceeding outgoings have you spoken with all providers you deal with to ask about reduced payments?
    Have you looked to cancel all DD payments?
    Have you looked at a second job to increase money coming into your account?

    I have done all those things i have now replied to the bank and forwarded reply to ombudsman stating that I am stiil not happy with their treatment I shall await their replies.

    Ok, you are very much keeping your cards close to your chest in the responses you are giving to me so I am gonna back away now cos I can't see financial hardship clearly enough(not saying that there isn't) and I have no way of second guessing the FOS with the information I have. When you have a response from the Ombudsman then post it up and we will see where we go from that point onwards.

    Sorry you feel that i'm not forthcoming i didn't mean to give that impression as i said i have slimlined my outgoings and attended to my accounts the best as i am able i have contacted creditors my account should now be manageable but its the accumilation of charges i cannot stop! they feed themselves. i shall post the reply from ombudsman when i recieve it
