If income is exceeding outgoings have you spoken with all providers you deal with to ask about reduced payments?
Have you looked to cancel all DD payments?
Have you looked at a second job to increase money coming into your account?0 -

I have done all those things i have now replied to the bank and forwarded reply to ombudsman stating that I am stiil not happy with their treatment I shall await their replies.0 -

Ok, you are very much keeping your cards close to your chest in the responses you are giving to me so I am gonna back away now cos I can't see financial hardship clearly enough(not saying that there isn't) and I have no way of second guessing the FOS with the information I have. When you have a response from the Ombudsman then post it up and we will see where we go from that point onwards.0 -

Sorry you feel that i'm not forthcoming i didn't mean to give that impression as i said i have slimlined my outgoings and attended to my accounts the best as i am able i have contacted creditors my account should now be manageable but its the accumilation of charges i cannot stop! they feed themselves. i shall post the reply from ombudsman when i recieve it0
