Item bought online not as descirbed, where do i stand?

Hi There,
Thanks for reading this....
I bought what was described as a set of 4 pots and pans online from a well known store at a very responsible price.
However when delivered there was only 1 pan! I have now checked the website and the description has been amended now to only 1 pan. As back up I took a screen grab shot of the original description which states 4 pans...
Where do I stand by law with this? I am entitled to demand they fulfill the original description and send the other pans as originally described?
Any help and advice greatly appreciated....
Thanks
Mark

I would have thought you were only entitled to a refund for the pan you have got, and might stand a chance of getting a goodwill discount on the full set if you explain what happened. If it's a well-known store with a reasonable reputation it suggests that the incorrect information on the website was as a result of an honest mistake rather than a bait and switch or an attempt to mislead.0

You aren't fully entitled to the orignally described item. However you are entitled to a full refund, including the postage to you and any return postage costs.0
