Online order never arrived - can I get money back?

I ordered a PS3 accessory (worth £32.99) from BangCD on 15th Dec 2009. Have used them before with no problems. They emailed me to say it was dispatched on 18th Dec.
After contacting them 3 times to inform them that it had not arrived and to enquire as to what they were doing about it, they finally replied on 30th Dec asking me to wait another 7 business days for it to arrive. I did. It didn't.
I emailed again asking whether they intended to refund my money or issue a replacement. Ignored. Contacted them again 2 days later stating that I was unwilling to wait any longer for the item, would be ordering elsewhere, and now I want a refund. Again it has been ignored. There is no contact number for customer services, but I will attempt to make some sort of telephone contact with the company if they ignore today's message (asking them why they are ignoring my emails)
If this also fails (which is looking highly likely) does anyone know how I would go about trying to get my money back?

Given that they're based in Singapore there's probably not much more you can do other than keep hassling them for a full refund.0

Just found another board with messages from dozens of people who have found themselves in the same position with BangCD, seems I have lost my money and am wasting my time
guess I'll just have to join the aforementioned victims and report them everywhere I can find
