Hi, just a quick question I know you peeps will be able to answer for me.
I bought an item with a debit card and want to return the item, but don't have that card any more, what method will they refund me by? Will it have to be store credit, or will it be cash?
I have the receipt and am in date with their returns policy etc.
thanks in advance.

WAS IT ONLINE OR INSTORE ? not sure about online but if it was instore they may give you a credit note or refund vouchers but it will almost certainly not be cash .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

If you have a new / equivalent debit card (ie, because your old one was stolen or expired), it will be refunded to that.
Otherwise it will most likely be a credit note. You won't get refunded in cash.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
