Okay Snowy, I thought I'd fool moggins and post early
hob... well maybe not shiney, sink... well maybe not shiney but they do look better than they were and it won't take long to buff them up. I'll boogie about tomorrow with my microfibre cloth in time to the morning service hymns, hope they are cheerful ones
However, today I was pretty good and along with dd we spent some time in my office/dining area and filled 2 bin bags with rubbish but it was hard going in the heat. Fancy having to think about switching on the heater cos you suddenly realise that it will blow cold air as well as hot!
homer, you were put to the front row, you should be finished and have a stack of black bin bags full
kaz, you are officially Teacher's Pet and also the back rows biggest fan, so take a bow :A
Someone, somewhere said I could start again with them on Monday, I might just have to spend a bit more time reading to find that post again but are you sure you want to be on the back row
Moggins, dear Moggins ... overwhelming YES, something you don't want to do YES but because Snowy and I [strike]are scared of you[/strike] love you we will succeed. We may take just a tad longer than some of the others but we will get there

Try just 15 minutes? And then give yourself a nice reward afterwards.
Thank you Moggins, I took your advice. Well alright half of it and went straight to the nice reward which was made of chocolate. I put the wrapper in the bin though!0 -
Well done Edinburghlass! I am a bit jealous actually as my office is my worstest ever room in the whole house and now you're well on the way to getting yours sorted out. Two bin bags of unwanted stuff is very very good going - fabulous actually. Maybe I'll boogie along tomorrow morning (soz, but it won't be to hymns). I must remember to get out of my pit at a reasonable hour.
BTW clever thinking on getting here early, that Moggins woman will definitely be fooled!Edinburghlass wrote:Okay Snowy, I thought I'd fool moggins and post early

Lol, you pair!! Yes ELass - I really would like a place in the back row.... but just close enough to the front so I can stretch my arm out to offer moggins the odd apple
I WILL be starting again on Monday. I REALLY WILL start again on Monday.....January '06 Grocery Challenge (4th - 31st) £320.Week 1 - £73.99 Week 2 £5.10 (so far)

Tomorrow, my bathroom will have been clean and tidy for two whole weeks!
I think the longest record before that was 30 minutes.
Struggling with utility room, which is where I dumped all the wonderful items that will look better in other peoples homes than in mine, but we have taken TD (which packed up in January!) to tip.
Got home from tip for DH to look at leaky WM - that's the next run for the tip.
Have disposed of approx 20 bags of stuff including one full of outgrown/worn out shoes from DD's room.
The fly lady challenge really did change my whole outlook to housew**k
Thanks again Moggins0 -
