Best price for SAS Radisson-manchester airport please

Hiya

I am looking at staying at the SAS Radisson hotel at manchester airport on 8th feb for 1 night before we go on holiday. It's for 2 adults a child age 3 and a baby-i've checked their website and its £160 including parking or £102 without (i can get parking for £42.99 if i book it the manchester airport themselves.)

Anyone any ideas where i can get this cheaper if possible? It doesn't need to include breakfast as we will have that in departures.

Many thanks,

Naomi.xx

We stayed at the Radisson last November, we booked through Holiday Extras it was their mystery 5* hotel, the description was a bit of a give away as it states it is within terminal 2, we paid £50 for the room for the night although there were only 2 of us. We also checked on the Radisson website and it was not that much more expensive. The rooms would be a squeeze for 2 adults and 2 babies so the extra cost may be because you need a family room.

It was well worth it we parked the car the night before at Airparks then chilled out. They have a free grab and go breakfast between 6 & 7.30am, if you are checking out early.

Stayed there last week with the better half. £67 for room only through Holiday Extras (before Quidco - and it was a named hotel not a mystery one). The grab and go breakfast for early departures is a self made cuo of tea/coffee and an alpen bar / bit of fruit....its also now available from 4:00am ish.

The price including 8 days parking would have been £98. They use Securapark which is onep lace we won't use again ...so sorted the parking out separately with Jet Park (£24).

If you are after a triple room with a cot for the baby ...looks like £160 on HolidayExtras also...

Can't beat the location of the hotel though!

Thanks-it's not showing it as available-think we will be paying the £102.

you might be better checking with the hotel - when I tried for 4 people on the site it would not quote and only gives the £102 when you reduce it to 3

Expedia has it for £89 but again only when you search for 2 adults and 1 child, as soon as you add the baby it says not available

Stayed here for free once when our flight was cancelled. It was very nice and everything provided. It was good that there was a total undercover walk to the airport. Hope you enjoy your hols.
  • We stayed at the Radisson for our wedding night before flight to mexico next day about 5 years ago. Had an oriental room, it was very nice, but as we were out very early next day, didnt really get the benefit of it, but is really handy for T2. We checked in luggage then went back to room for bit of GMTV.

Where are you off to? We will also be at Manc airport (cheapy travelodge this time though.) on 8th Feb, fly to Dominican republic on 9th.
  • Thank guys - we are off to egypt for 2 weeks. Can't wait. Scampidoodle-have a fab holiday.xx
