Hiya everyone,
I have been lurking on the forum a while lol but only just joined, would just like to say thanks to the template letters on this forum natwest have just paid out £504 in bank charges on a financial hardship claim. I was originally asking for £534 so im one very happy customer! lol.
I thought after the court case i had no chance but recieved a letter through a couple of weeks after the court case and they are giving it as a gesture of goodwill! So thanks martin
