Cheap Caravan Holiday for Oct Half Term

We would liketo book a short break / week's holiday in the October half term (either 23rd Oct for a week or 25th Oct for 4 nights). We need to keep it as cheap as possible. However, we can't deviate on the dates and although we've booked with the Sun Holidays before we haven't been sent a priority booking form this time, so don't want to take the change we won't get our dates / park choice when sending off our form.
I am due to give birth in the next month so we will have an 8 month old baby which is why we don't want to travel too far (live in North Kent) as the car will be chocca with all our luggage and baby bits.
Has anyone got any suggestions please? Would be grateful for any advice. We would probably not want to travel any further than Hampshire to the west or Suffolk to the north. However, cost really is a priority for us at the moment.
Thank you!! :hello:

Why not save the sun tokens and just put down the one date you can go, and put a covering letter saying what you have said above. If they don't have any availability then they won't cash you cheque so all it will cost you is the price of a few newspapers and a stamp.0

Have a look at this site closer to the time, they may have cancellations etc :

but generally half term is not going to be "cheap" unless you do get a sun holiday!

Hi there,
This may be too far for you to go.. but it is really cheap if you can do the distance I know your dates are available as I'm a teacher and i had the october half term booked here and have just changed my dates to the summer as my friend is getting married in the oct half term. I've been here 4 times now and had an amazing time every time.
