Last minute holiday... any recommendations

Hi, We are taking advantage of a last minute holiday break, but dont know where to go.....!!!!!

We want sunshine, pool, 2 bedroom appt.. probably self catering ( very Very fussy son!!) not too worried about being by a beach, but must have a tennis court! Going on Fri 7th July or 8th july for 7 nights..and a budget of £1000.

I spent 2 hrs in two different travel agents without much success, so am getting stressed now!
Any suggestions as to where to go to on the WWW?
