ideal classic boiler packed up???

morning.
last month we had lots of work done on our heating system has the downstairs rads weren't heating up enough.

we had the rads balanced...
then the electric box in the airing cupboard blew as a pipe leaked on it, so that was replaced.
then the circuit board in the boiler had to be replaced.
then we had the boiler serviced.
finally we had the system drained and a mag clean fitted!

all was well for a couple of weeks but 2 days ago the boiler became noisy and today doesn't work atall!!!

it's an IDEAL CLASSIC NF50.

does it sound like it's finally packed up?
any advice please?
thanks
