    *waiting for bath to fill*

Thanks to both of you, I will be very careful, I am just super scared I am going to put it all back on :o Sammy, yes its not that much for what I have achieved, I looked into personal trainers the other day, they are £50 a session, at least CD is cheaper ;)

Ohhh and Sammy, that is certainly classed as excercise, the same as going up the stairs to pee is :rotfl:

Personal trainers, expensive as they are PAP can be very useful.....

I used to do the accounts for a personal trainer and in return he used to train me twice a week. I literally thought I was going to die within the hour....but I never did, but what he taught me was invaluable, especially how to exercise to maximum benefit.

I would give it a go PAP, but NOT until you are off CD!!!

I'd love a personal trainer too, as long as he was young good looking and did all the exercise...

I've had three quarters of my pizza (a giant family sized one on whoopsie) and I'm full, which is great - it means I've managed to shrink my stomach while eating less (ie, normally) in Venice, so the diet can work. Might have some more later. Now, it's wine time. I opened it so I could use my new glass bottle stopper, but not sure there'll be any left by the end of the night!

Does anyone know when Tesco take money for a delivery? My internet banking shows my account's down by a fair bit, and it's about the amount that I'll be paying for a delivery on monday, I just wondered if it could have been ghosted or something?

Ohhh good to know Sammy, you know what I would love one, yes something I thought I would never say. But I do understand I need to be off CD or at least on 1500cal a day. I think once I am no longer paying for CD I will invest in one, or at least get signed up to a gym. I may have lost the weight but I know unless I get my butt in gear it wont stay off no matter how many cal I eat, especially as with pcos you are pron to weight gain
