I don't know of any with uncapped because that's where they make all their money by making you top up all the time.

I'm with Vodafone, think mine is 1GB for £15 or something like that, Vodafone blocks websites that they deem as illegal aswell :)

The advantage with Vodafone is that the credit never expires, unlike some other PAYG dongles.

You can get the content filter taken off - you just have to ring them up and give them a CC number to prove you're over 18.

This has now been dropped-the PAYG on new dongles expires after 30 days.

  • Recently asked a similar question until I went into a Vodafone shop and asked!!

The sales person got the manager and they were fit to tell me that yes they are selling off old stock of these. There may be some left in a Vodafone shop near you.

I wanted the non-expiry too and got it!!

Thanks - I didn't know that. Mine never expires, but I've had it ages.
  • How would you know that you are buying one that never expires,?? my sister is after one that she can use whilst in her motorhome, but doesnt want to have to top it up every month, only as and when she needs to!

Regarding expiry date, they do with Vodafone it's 6 months. It's on the web interface or the T+C

You have to read up on them online and in T+C to find out if they have expiry dates

There was a deal on hotukdeals where you paid about £50 for a dongle with 12 months 'unlimited' internet (was supposed to be 2gb cap). Think it was woolworths.

    Edit...

This is the woolworths one, but I'm sure there was another cheaper one elsewhere...

    £63. Cracking deal imo

The temperature inside this apple pie is over 1000 degrees. If I squeeze it, a jet of molten bramley apple will squirt out. Could go your way; could go mine. Either way, one of us is going down.

Tether to a mobile - 3 gives you around 1 -2Gbs for £5 a month. T-Mobile seems to be unlimited for £5 a month, although when you go over a certain limit they stop you from downloading between 4 and midnight (you can stll browse and download outwith these hours for the rest of the month.)
