Factor is pulling out

Thanks again everyone. The factor sent everyone a letter a few months ago saying someone wasn't paying so might have to withdraw etc (obviously hoping to shame them into paying). They have since sent one saying that it still wasn't being paid so would withdraw in March. I presume they've sent the offending owners stronger letters, although it looks as though they haven't done anything legal.
There is a meeting on 18th to discuss it so I'll feedback what is being said.
Thanks for the advice so far.0 -
My Factor has given me the copy of the unpaid invoice from an absent owner in this building. I perhaps only received it because it lists our self-factoring fund as an owed creditor and I am a joint signatory for the bank account on this fund. However, perhaps you could ask the Factor who owes the money and the sum outstanding as there could be a joint liability on you so perhaps there's no data protection issues?
Our factor hasn't pulled out (yet??!!) because of one owed invoice - they've slapped a notice of liability on the property and billed the absent owners all the charges associated with this.0
