Ive sent a letter claiming i got missold ppi on my loan at natwest got a reply sayin the signature didnt match to what they have on there database went to my local branch updated my signature.They posted it off for me back to the main complaints dept and ive got it sent back again.
what should i do now??

I would not be happy with that either, being put in this position they put you in.
There is no harm in complaining, as this have obviously held things back for you as well.
