Is there a Bus or coach user group around like there is for the Railways?
I am having a problem with Megabus which i dont think will get sorted out with them so i want to move it up and would like to know if there is a group.

Start by writing to Megabus asking for a copy of their complaint resolution procedure.
Send it Recorded delivery.
Consumer Direct or Trading Standards or CAB may be able to help.0 -
Megabus are owned by Stagecoach - whether that helps or not I don't know.0
