Scottish power not supplying readings to old supplier
Hi there
I moved into a new house and they had Scottish Gas (Even though the guy who owned the house told me it was Scottish Power) and I had already signed up with Scottish power for the new house. So I went through the whole change over process and received my final bill for my gas from Scottish Gas.
My changeover happened on the 16th of December and I made sure I supplied meter readings to both parties. Well I am still waiting for a final bill for my electric from Scottish Gas. I phoned them 2 weeks back to query this and I got told they have to wait to hear from Scottish Power to confirm the readings I gave them and this could take 35 days. I have still heard nothing and I'm getting concerned...especially because Scottish Gas report to CRAs.
Has anyone had any issues with their new supplier (especially Scottish Power) reporting the meter readings? I'm actually now in the process to moving to EDF  because I only signed up with Scottish Power because that's what who I thought the new house was supplied by! Anyway Thanks in advance
