cold weather payment and DLA

anyone confirm for me as im at a loss at the website and subsequent thread. my postcode comes up for 1 cold weather payment. i receive dla middle rate care and low rate mobility. it says not to call as payments will be automatically made.
do i qualify or not? cant say ive seen such a payment.
im not being greedy but it would help seeing as ive had my heating on constant during the cold snap through fear of the boiler packing up again and the council not being able to get out to me like what happened back in feb snow when we had no heating and hot water. first sign of this cold snap and the boiler stared playing up.

I can also confirm that an entitlement to DLA does not make you eligible for CWP.0
