Hi All
Well after quite a stressfull 6 months, see following threads:-

We have now Exchanged contracts on a lovely house with completion for the 29th of this month.:T
Had a sleepless night Tuesday night when we were told that another agent was demanding money (commission) from the sellers(Multi Agency) as we had originally viewed with them but they would not resubmit a fresh offer so we went to the other agent they were selling with.
Turned out the Seller had written into the contract that whoever sells gets all the comission, no questions asked...lol.
Have a removal firm coming round tomorrow to quote us for moving everything out of the flat we are renting and all the boxes and other funiture that is currently in the garage that came with the flat.
We are moving to the next village 2 miles away.
I hope everyone is having better luck than we have had.

I can soooo relate to you, we approached a landlord who wanted to rent and sell, bug hullabaloo with building warrants and such, completion date has been moved a couple of times, next one is funnily enough 29th jan but that is highly unlikely!!!
Anyway, all the best to to and your family and i hope you will be happy in your forever home
