Thawing outside but still no Sky+

As the title says - the snow and ice is melting where I live but I'm still getting the message "No satellite signal is being received". I've rebooted, and done the housekeeping menu thing, but to no avail! The dish had been fairly well iced up but seems to be clear now.
What should I do next?!

What is your signal quality & strength?Quality should be above 60%
If nothing,
Turn the power off to the box & unscrew the F Connection feeds from the dish.
Is the any water/moisture coming out of the cable? Does the copper braiding & copper core look green or tarnished?It should look like this;

If it's rusty, water has gotten into the cable & frozen. DO NOT recconect to your Sky box! Call Sky & get a installer out to replace the cable as it's not been protected correctly or the cables been damaged.
Does your cable go over the roof?0 -

Does your cable go over the roof?
Signal quality and strength zilch (no reading).
Cable doesn't go over roof. The dish is on the side of the house just above the garage roof.
I will look at connections tomorrow (still snow on garage roof).0 -
What should strength be?
I have
50% for Input 1 signal strength
25% for Input 1 signal quality
50% for Input 2 signal strength
25% for Input 2 signal quality
Picture is ok but has had its moments during winter.0 -

Signal strength is'nt as important as the quality, which should be 60% or higher.0 -
