  • Thanks to all for answers, pointers, etc. This grateful PB-er/MSE-er has just clocked up 12000 points since Christmas.

My POM vote goes to Jules, too. She has been doing her crossword for many months now, and from long service alone, deserves some reward. Not sure if the admin staff will really go for it, as two regular posters split POM award between them last year.

All the more reason for as many as possible to vote for Jules on the nominations thread at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=219928&page=2.

There is some very good competition, too, from worthy contenders, so every vote is required!
I'm not just talking about my wife, I'm talking about my LIFE, and I'm not just talking about MY life, I'm talking about everybody's life. I'm talking about form. I'm talking about content, I'm talking about interrelationships. I'm talking about God, the devil, Heaven, Hell. Do you understand...FINALLY?

Pigsback must read this, just got a email.... with a touch of emotion in it, basically explaining to me its not there fault, but infact the people who run the account the vouchers are ment to be credited to.

Apparently its their fault they can't follow the instructed amounts to credit.

Thanks to Jules and Misskool again for the answers. I have just nominated Jules for POm and yes agree for Misskool next month.

Just got my Morethan points without having to chase them up and 3 ct's for me today.

Fingers crossed my Arcadia vouchers will come as per Rachel's email. She is always quick to reply and everything she says happens. Thankyou rachel.

Wow, I'm almost too embarassed to post on here as I've just been reading the post of the month nominations and I'm overwhelmed. Thank you for your lovely words, I had a couple of "not so dry" eye moments.
There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Its the case of pigsback supplying the details of account credits to the third party companies.

"brain dead admin staff" some how manage to forget to process the data from pigsback or manage to read £55.00 as £10.00 or miss your order out.

All this taking over 6 weeks, along with numerous follow ups.

Seems very strange non the less....

I put it down to incompetant staff or poor procedures, with the other possibility they are just lying.
