To date I have had £30 of arcadia group vouchers and some other account credit vouchers and £10 boots voucher.

however everthing since may I have had to chase up, resulting in promises, re credited points and the odd voucher, but no results !

Is it the case that once you have had a few vouchers etc you go to the bottom of the pile, making sure they keep the new customers happy first ?

i don't think so, i think perseverance is the key. i'vehad problems with a voucher, did turn up after chasing it a couple of times, a friend of mine who i refered took several emails just to be able to order something for the first time, so i think its across the board.

Can anyone confirm if pigsback are still running ?

They are not responding to emails/crediting vouchers here.

Yep, I got a reply to an email both yesterday and today.

Luckily, I've had no problems with vouchers, etc. In the vast majority of cases I've gone for cd-wow vouchers - which means I don't have to rely on Royal Mail to deliver them. Saying that, I've also had several lots of pens and pencils off them and the last lot of vouchers were Leisure Vouchers which were received with no problems (although I did doubt the wisdom of posting already-sharpened pencils in normal little white envelopes!).

I've had to send e-mails 3 or 4 times in the last month to pigsback and each time received a (fairly) prompt reply (within a working day or so).

Mine were from Rachel - very quick responses to 2 questions.

Well its been 6 weeks now, lots of emails and to be quite honest pigsback is more effort than its worth.

I have tried emailing the postmater@pigsback now to see if I can get a responce.

Does Rachel do all the emails or is it just her name at the bottom ?

It was the postmaster address that I used, and have had responses from Rachel and Lynn.

I've got to say, I've never had any problems in getting answers to queries, receiving vouchers etc.
