I have cashplus showing 5 months history positive, Barclays 4mths positive & closed, Co-op cashminder with 2mths history, 24 studio with 2mths positive but only £1 limit.

8 searches at my address and 6 searches at previous.

Callcredit is basically the same accounts apart from one account with Lloyds £5640 default 20/03/2008 and one nationwide account which was opened 28/11/06 and is still open I have since changed address on this account & recieved bank statement at the end of nov 2010 it will be 4 years old.
  • Now on creditexpert it differs

    electoral roll shows

    04/2009 to current register-current address
    10/2007 to 10/2009 previous address
    10/2005 to 10/2007 parents address
    03/2003 to 10/2004 previous address 1
    10/1995 to 10/2002 parents address

Same accounts opened as equifax but also doesn't show lloyds debt and nationwide doesn't show

    40 credit searches!

    But 137 Linked address entries

    12 Aliases
  • I am aware that these defaults will eventually drop off after 6 years, but these Aliases, Linked Addresses(8 years drop off?).

How long does it take before lenders don't look at defaulted accounts? 3yrs? or more?

Things like catalogues, basic bank accounts, low credit score credit cards when do I look to apply? as I do have voters roll history & one account opened for more than 36mths?

Just carry on paying things on time and wait for the defaults to drop off
