Post Office Card - Processing.....How long does it take>>!>>!

Applying for a Post Office card as I write and after pressing submit, it has been saying 'processing.....' for about the last 20 minutes. Its not frozen as it is going ., then .., then ... if you see what I mean. Is this normal???

Can someone close this thread. Gave up after waiting 30 minutes and just closed the window down. Retried and got it approved in about 10 seconds so must have been my computer or something...0
