For the past few weeks my laptop has just been crawling along! taking ages for pages to load if indeed they did. I followed the advice on another thread, defragging, virus scan, ran CCleaner etc etc nothing made any difference. Last night I decided to try connecting the laptop DIRECTLY into the phone line, instead of using the wireless card. Lo and Behold it worked! So................ my next question is, how do I fix the problem with the card? what on earth can be causing it, as until a couple of weeks ago as I mentioned above, it was working fine.
I would be very grateful if someone could help:o

You're going to have to include more details. Such things as; What card ? Model would be helpful, along with which router you are using, the service you're using ADSL\Cable? supplied by who?
In short, the technical stuffIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
have to installed or amended anything recently? its likely to be jsut your settings if its windows and an inbuilt wireless card0
