Hi all!

I wonder if anyone can help here... my husband may be getting a tax rebate in the near future as it appears he has been paying company car tax for over 6 months, on a car he no longer has. We are in an IVA with payplan and I was wondering if anyone knows whether we would be able to keep this as it is money that we have overpaid, or whether we would be expected to pay it into the IVA? If our calculations are correct, it is likely to be a few hundred pounds
