credit card advice

i have £3500 on my halifax credit card and i have been paying stupid interest for ages as i couldn't get another balance transfer.

I have now managed to get one with ASDA. but the credit limit is £2250. will i still save money on interest if i balance transfer £2000 to the new card and make the min payments for the time being or what i can afford and focus on paying off the old card???

any suggestions would be great.

Yep transfer as much as you can, you will still save money.

You got the idea, you pay the Minimums on the 0% promotional balance and concentrate on clearing the interest accruing debt.

Well Done on the success
