HELP - Selling my 30% share of an apartment to find a % of a house

I currently own 30% of an apartment in Cambridge through a housing association. I want to sell my share and move on but my mortgage company are constantly changing what they can lend me and how much deposit they would need!
MY PROBLEM..
I want to buy a house in Cambridge but as the house prices are so high, its very rare to find one that is on a shared equity within Cambridge itself. I only have £60,000 for a share.
Are there any other options that could let me move from an apartment to a house?
(i.e. companies which would buy a house with me in order to recieve rent and equity in the same way that a housing association scheme works?)
Any advice would be greatfully recieved
