Telephone Using Micrsoft Outlook

Before I had broadband installed I could click on the contacts box in Microsoft Outlook and click a contacts phone number to ring them, since having broadband I dialogue box tells me there is no dialling tone. Is there any way I can rectify this.

It currently requires a voice/fax modem. You need to use a VOIP software to do this. A quick search on google should find you some.
