Getting a discount at The Bathstore

If anyone is thinking of buying from The Bathstore, just thought I'd share my experience -
I went to one of their showrooms and enquired about a bath screen, it was 300 quid plus 30 delivery. After moaning he dropped delivery charge to a tenner. So I gave him my details and he gave me a written quote, to phone through when we were ready to buy. Left it a couple of days and he phoned me to ask if I wanted to order. Said wanted bigger discount. Then the conversation went like this...
him "Are you an installer"
me "No"
him "If you were an installer I could give you a 10% trade discount"
me "so if I say 'I'm an installer' you'll give me 10% off"
him "yes"
me "I'm an installer"
him "that will be 274 pounds including delivery" (down from original 330 pounds)
