remortgage advise needed !!

I have been on a mortgage for 3 years with Derbyshire home loans - i wanted to remortgage after 2 years with them (last year)but fell behind with payments - they took to me court and i agreed to re start paying the mortgage plus an aditional £500 to help clear up the arrears.
I am now back up to date with the repayments and am shopping around for a good remortgage deal..
the problem is when i originally got the mortgage i fiddled with my income figures and the truth is i dont earn half of what i said i did - i rent out part of the property to cover most of the mortgage...
Is it best to be truthfull to the mortgage company i want to remortgage with or should i declare my income as self cert - and give false income figures like i did originally!!??
To be honest i dont think any mortgage company will want to deal with me due to my true income !!

Would you like to deal with people like you ?
Not a criticism, just a theoretical question.Space available for rent0 -
If it has helped posting, good....But I do think you know the answers yourself!0

Surely a troll?
If not, no-one's going to give you a new deal - the days of fiddling your income are well over, and your credit file's surely shot to pieces due to the arrears.0 -
do you think mortgage companies share customer information (income etc) with each other when mortgages are being transferred?
would like to find out if they do or not !!!
Im sure there are thousands of other people who have gotten mortgages telling porkies about there income - self cert mortgages were exploited by people like me and im proud of it - lol !!!!! ive got a house that worth £30K more than i got it for and am only paying less than 1/3 of the monthly mortgage the rent is covering the rest -
I must say (and it has happened to me) once the tenants move out i will need to find new tenants asap else im in !!!! again!!!0 -
You are proud of exploiting mortgages!!!
Why have you got a house worth £30,000 more than you paid for it!0 -
bargain purchase from auction - was a repossesed house i think !! lol - someone has cursed it - whoever mortgages it will fall into arrears...0

!
They don't need to share information - they'll ask you to prove your income, and you won't be able to because you've lied about it.
You seem strangely proud for someone who's fallen into arrears in the past, can't get another mortgage, and is dependent on someone else paying their bills for them. Can't say I'm envious.0 -
Does anyone wonder why the country is in such a mess!0

Absolutely Matt1982, every living minute of this mess-ridden life. All these darned self-certers and income fiddlers. What a mess. This country, eh?
