Just to add to KeithP's post.
IF you are riding a bike on a CBT you are a learner and are therefore not allowed to ride on the motorway. If you have a proper bike license you can ride anything over 50cc on the M/Way.
Hope that helps

I think if i were to get a bike i would like to have the proper licence and lessons etc, just another cost to add to the list. However it all helps in narrowing the search area.Overdraft = £1000 Emergency fund = £2500

Bikes are great in the Spring/Summer but during the Autumn/Winter not as much fun, if you do go for a moped then make sure that you get some descent waterproofs and some warm underclothing.Whoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0
