Asda email address

Does anyone have an email address where i can send a complaint too?

I can not use the online form as it only accepts 1000 characters.

I have sent this 3 times now:

Please provide an email address that I can send a complaint to as the form you are telling me to use only accepts 1000 characters.

And keep getting this responce:

In order to contact Home Shopping with regards to your complaint, please use the same link on the website as you did to send your original email.

Once we receive the email, it is directed to the appropriate department for response.

This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

There's no way to get this - can't be seen in Source either - you'll need to ring and get it.

Hi there are a couple of threads on here which contain the address,

Also question and answers to some of the complaints users have had.
He is CEO and the address is on the net.

Bit late, but yes, andrew.bond@asda.co.uk works. I've used it twice and one of his team sorted things out both times.
