Barclaycard Scam

Today i finally received the T and C's from Barclaycard and having read them i am so annoyed as they have lied to me time after time over many years.
Barclaycard have stated to me on the telephone on several occasions that when they charge interest on their customers accounts if the applied interest brings the account in to the red you will then be charged a further £20.00, however their T and C's don't state this.
They refuse to reimburse the charges they have applied also they refuse to look at the past errors on the account relating to such practice.
I am told today by Barclaycard staff that all Credit Card companies do this, is this true?

I have for many years held a very usefull leaflet which they do not print anymore as i think it cost them a lot of money which states that if it is there charges that have sent you into the red they will not charge you again thus ending the great big circle that we all end up going in when we get unexpected charges i have not banked with barclays for a good many years as i found them to be completly incompetant . But i would stick to your guns and if i can find the leaflet i will scan it and sent it to you :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
