I to have been sucked in by this company and have money taken out of my account. I have managed to canel from Everbright after a lengthy phone call to America last night, the girl thought the whole thing was rather amusing and couldn't stop laughing! I have had to canel my card at the bank i will be calling them this morning to see if i can get any money back......not very hopeful though. I only managed to find their "new and updated" T&C's which state that if i try to get my money back they will take action against the customer. Does anybody know anything about this. Their updated versions of the T&C's were written on 1 December 2009 which is a separate link from their main website! Please :money:can you highlight this on the TV as i would not want anybody to experience the terrrible night i had when i read my statement and no sleep as i have worried about it all night.

Hello “Sucker”,
Please try not to be too hard on yourself.
If it's any consolation, you are one of very many (including me) who have been taken in by this really evil scam and, as the scammers' purpose in life is to steal your money, they deliberately make their T&Cs and websites as difficult to follow and as elusive as possible.
It’s good that you’ve cancelled your cards, but are you certain that you’ve also cancelled any subscriptions or anything else they’ve signed you up for without your knowledge?
Do you know what the payments they have taken from you represent? Was it for the tooth whitening product they sent to you as a “free trial”? I think it’s important to know.
If you do a “forum” search for “teeth whitening scam” you’ll see all the others who’ve had the same problems as you and how they’ve tried to rectify them. “Everbright Smiles” is just one of many names these scammers use.
Hope this helps a little.
All the best,

An empty threat used by these criminals to try and scare people and stop them doing chargebacks. In fact Mastercard and Visa are both said to be taking action against these scammers by shutting down their merchant accounts/ card processing - so the more people who complain the more likely the scammers will lose their accounts - hence their nasty threats/attempts to stop people complaining! They are the criminals not you so ignore their threats and keep complaining!

There is a long thread on the teeth whitening scams already here:
