Praise to Amazon / Play still no product

Short and sweet ordered a few south park series from them and they came 3 days later and with free delivery.

I also ordered only and excuse from play two weeks ago and still nothing.

Amazon have been very prompt and I am very satified.

Credit were credit is due. ( We don't give enough for good service) and are the first to complain.

Ive been getting Amazon deliveries in Malaysia over Christmas period. Delivery always prompt 5 - 7 days usually and postage prices were brilliant.

My experience of Amazon has always been good too. Ordered a book from Amazon on free delivery at the weekend and it came yesterday - very pleased. Only ever had one item not arrive from them (lost in post) and I was refunded promptly.

Play - ordered an in stock item before Christmas which changed to 'awaiting stock'. Contrary to their blurb they still took the money for it (£30) - after 2 weeks I gave up and asked for a refund which to be fair they did straightaway.

I love Amazon, they've really improved over the last year. Play however, has gone down in my eyes and I never order from them anymore. I think they were overtaken weren't they?

I never have a problem with out of stock at Amazon and delivery is always fairly fast, the best being last November I ordered something from Amazon and it arrived 25 hours later

Amazon is good, i recently ordered a book and found myself getting impatient as it hadn't arrived before the estimate as it so often does!;) Considering the weather conditions the fact it arrived when it did was good! :j

You might say I'm mad for having the Amazon Prime service, but its wonderful (when they post you a £2 CD using RM special-delivery!), as long as the item is in stock it will come the next day if you order it before 7pm, either via royal mail or city-link.

I found Play has gone downhill, I used to pre-order cds from them, and whereas in the past they used to come the Monday of release, sometimes the Saturday before hand, and rarely later than Monday, it changed so the cds won't reaching me until the Wednesday.

Your not the only one - I use Amazon Prime ... find them very good ....
