in Credit cards
Hi,
I payed my bill from my Lloyds current account 2 days ago. The money left yesterday. I used the sort code and account number for credit cards and put my card number as reference, as per the instructions.
The money hasn't yet arrived to the credit card. Is this normal? Do I need to wait longer?
Thanks

Yes, you need to wait 3-4 days as it states on your statement as it will go through the normal BACS process.
If you want the payment to be immediate with Lloyds cards then pay over the counter at a Lloyds branch with either cash or a debit card.0 -
When I pay my LTSB Duo Card from my LTSB Premier account the payment is next day if keyed before 10pm, so a payment done before 10pm today would increase the available balance on the credit card tomorrow (So you could spend it) and then reduce the balance the next day.
So if you have a balance of say £500 and a limit of £1000 and done a payment on a Monday it would show....
MONDAY
Balance £500
Limit £1000
Available £500
TUESDAY
Balance £500
Limit £1000
Available £1000
WEDNESDAY
Balance £0
Limit £1000
Available £1000
At least thats how it has always worked for me.0
