ppi refund payments

Hi! i have claimed ppi compensation on 4 loans,3 of which are paid off completely and 1 thats still running.I also have an overdraft.The bank have agreed to a payout i am happy-:j-with without accepting liabilty. Can the bank make me pay off the loan/overdraft with the refund or can i have it all in a cheque? Also,can they shut my current account? Any help greatly appreciated!x

Hi, they don't usually take the money to pay off a loan unless you are actually in arrears with that loan. They cannot really use the money from the paid off ones either. I won with my bank and had an OD but it did not effect it.
