Broken concrete drain cover

I've got a concrete manhole/drain cover on my drive, which broke before Christmas. Any ideas as to where I can get a new one from and how to fit them? Or is the council's or water boards duty?

If the drain cover is within your property, then its down to you.
You'll be hard pushed to find the the old concrete covers now.
Visit your local builders merchant and buy a new steel one. Its a simple task to bed in the frame.
Make sure you tell him its in a drive way, as there are various weights.I find Viagra saves peeing on my shoe.....0
