If you look on the sale site this drill is £17.99 reduced from £29.99

interesting, do they just make up a figure? although there is no free vac with this offer

Saw that one too, think there are slight differences in speeds etc so maybe a different model. The vacuum is really good, solid and pretty powerful so well worth the extra £2 I would say.
