HSBC offering £50 for basic bank a/c switch

If you can credit account with minimum £500pm (unless you are under 24 then does not apply). Does not specify that it has to be main income.

Account eligibility
If you can pay £500 or more into your HSBC bank account each month, you're entitled to apply for Bank Account.
Should you fail to make the £500 monthly payment required to maintain your account, we will either change it to a Current Account or give you notice that we will be closing your account. If you are under the age of 24, the qualification criteria will not apply.


They will offer a 3 month interest free overdraft if you use their switching service, but I cannot see that you have to use it in order to qualify for the payout. That means that you probably don't need to switch any d/d's or s/o's to qualify but I can't open the t&C page for some reason.

Switching and transfer of at least one DD/SO required. I have provided link in my previous post to T&Cs for cashback.
