    Was gonna staple (or galvanized nails) this cheap pea/bean plastic netting to the joists, then rest the bats of insulation on to that. Wickes are or were doing 3 for the price of 2, so might go down that route.
    Will definately do the skirting with sealant, Startrek...now, when are you all coming round...free board and beer :-D aka It's not Easy being Green.

    Love to do the beer....wife has banned me at the moment...i used the football as an excuse and watched and supported every game....with drink in hand..... Boo Hoo

    My nan uses linoleum or lino across the floor then underlay then carpet.
    She swears by it. says it cuts out all the draughts but lets the timbers underneath dry out with the ventilation.

    Yes Robo, regret getting rid of the old lot, tho was crumbling at the edges, daren't guess the age. Would have been ideal under everything.
