Hi all, in July 2008 i wrote to Blackhorse (long story about them not being regulated in 2002) regarding ppi went through all stages, without any success and received a final response off them. However looking through site i have seen some people actually getting there ppi back off Blackhorse. Do have the right to write to them again regarding the same matter or is it case closed?

Any help would be great thanks

Hi there

I would give it another go and if this does not work, move on to the Insurer of BH.
Many have been caught out in the same situation as you, although not all BH, but due to this have gone the insurer direction where the FOS will consider if your turned away from these.

But if you want to write again to BH and take it from there.;)

Hi again, been in touch with Blackhorse and have been told to send in another letter and they will look at my claim again so 1st letter(again) going in post tonight will you you updated.
