Is this the right boiler for our house?

Hello all. Time to change the boiler and hopefully take advantage of the boiler scrappage scheme. The boiler man is recommending Worcester-Bosch Cdi37 or Vaillant 837 (both good units IMO).

The house is a 1930 semi with a good deal of double glazzed about but no cavity wall insulation.

Ground floor: kitchen with 1 rad, lounge with 1 rad, dining room with 2 rads, hall with 1 rad.
First floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 rad (main bedroom rad is never on as we like cold bedrooms), bathroom with 1 rad (electric shower).
Second floor: Loft extension with a bedroom and 2 rads and 1 bathroom with 1 tower rail rad and electric shower (roof space therefore very well insulated).

Total 13 rads of which only 12 are turned on. All controlled with TRVs.

Question: Is either of those 2 boilers ok in size for our needs?

Thank you for your input.
