Well done Halfords!

Well done to the manager and customer assistant in Halfords Straiton who dealt with my return very professionally and quickly.
My Halfords cordless vacuum cleaner packed up after 18 months. I though I might have a bit of Sale of Good Act talking to do but I was pleasantly surprised when the manager immediately offered a replacement. In and out in less than 5 minutes :j

I had to take my vacuum back to Argos after it broke down after 18 months and the lady behind the counter would not help so i mentioned the Sale of goods act and the manager behond her pulled me to one side (i even printed it off) i ended up getting a new vaccum because they could not replace it.Jan Wins: .0
