seamless Tights

Ladies (and Gentlemen).

My 5 year is driving me insane with the seams on her socks and tights annoying/cutting/tickling her.

I have searched the forums and found the seamless socks but can anyone point me in the direction of grey school tights that are seamless?

I had this problem as well. My daughter was very particular about socks and tights. In the end I found that opaque tights work well - you know the sort the we might wear. you can get them for quite young children. they normally have an integrated toe.

I also allowed my daughter to wear no socks if she was wearing boots or covered shoes. At the end of the day is it really worth the aggravation? If her feet start to get cold or sore she might think twice about the benefits of wearing socks.

My daughter did grow out of this after around a year. When i found socks which she was happy with I made certain to buy loads of pairs exactly the same.

One concern my daughter still has is the way that tights never stay pulled up. We got around this by wearing tight lycra shorts over the tights to keep them in place - ballet bodysuits work well too.

    Good luck!

could you not buy plain white socks and turn them inside out then she doesn't have a seam bugging her x

My boyfriend who has aspergers and is very very picky regarding sock seams has no problems with anything he has bought from the sock shop. (own brand stuff)

They do sell kids tights and socks but unfortunately they aren't the cheapest but not too terrible.

I was exactly the same as a child! I could only wear tights and socks inside out, so that the seams wouldn't rub.
Mind you, I also tucked my vest into my knickers then, because I couldn't bear the elastic on my skin...:p
