Snow's Finally gone here in Devon

Do you have a Wii fit that you can go on? They make it so that you set targets and just do excersise around the house. What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -
no - i would love a wii/wii fit but cant really afford one! TBH i dont really understand them lol, what i need to use the wii fit etc etc! But i am guessing its expensive!Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?0

How about a keep fit DVD? You might even be able to find some on youtube

Have a look on ebay, I bet there's a few second hand ones available now. Would be good (active) fun for your little one too!
I kind of know how you feel - it is frustrating when you can't get out and you had plans. We've had a fair bit of snow (for Bristol), but luckily the roads are generally ok, but it's getting out on foot that's the problem!
With regards to your dress, you could think about a corset style one - they can be drawn a bit tighter when you lose weight. I'm sure you will lose a bit of weight anyway without even trying - lots of brides do, especially if they have 'wedding stress'. Don't worry about being 'a fat bride'
, ALL brides look beautiful (sorry to use a cliche, but it's true). Remember, your fiance fell in love with you as you are, so don't worry about it
Good luck :T0 -
this is the kind of style of dress i would love http://www.bestforbride.com/images/brides/morilee10spring/6508.jpg ...is it princess style or ballgown style or something?? I am just worried that it looks like it might be really hard to adjust - ie if i order one size and then drop a couple, a seamstress might not be able to alter it Enough to make it look okay...i know they say dresses can mostly go down two sizes-ish but i bet knowing my luck, this type will be the ONE type that can't be taken in more than one size or something lol! :rolleyes:Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Hi I cant say as i am not a dressmaker but it looks like it could be taken in. Maybe a two piece might be easier to adjust. Hope you can go looking soon. Do any bridal shops in your area open in the evenings ? It might be quieter than a Saturday. Try cutting out or down alcohol and dairy that usually helps. Good luck :jWe got married 17th April 2010 !! A wonderful day with my wonderful husband !! :T0

I'm in Harrogate so not too far from you, it's not snowed here for ages and when it tries to it's barely been sleet. Nothing like anywhere else, not for well over a week, although we've still got gritters gritting!
I think it must be the time of the year everything is starting to get to me too.
That dress is lovely Bigmomma, could you ask the dress shop how much give the dress has for alterations?0 -
Well the snow is starting to melt, but daughter off school sick so stuck at home AGAIN, I will end up getting the boot at this rate
:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0
