Santander - a fresh start?

No - It'll still have the same staff so the customer service will be the sameThe staff are very similar to the staff at any other bank. It is the system at fault. You cannot send them a secure message through internet banking. Email messages then are answered with: 'telephone us, emails are not secure'. Telephone calls get through to a call centre where they give you the standard drivel. If you want to transfer funds out of your account on internet banking into another account at another bank you must have a mobile phone registered with them. When they were starting the process of changing to Santander a couple of years ago their computer system broke down and customers could not access their accounts. What is good about them?0
