i am really poor at the moment.
i need to be paying a lot less than the usual 2% minimum payment.
do any of the %0 balance transfer (no fees, preferably!) or low rate cards offer this???
any advice would be much appreciated.

MBNA is the only card I know that do this. While you are in the 0% period, the minumum payment is £5 a month. You do have to pay the £5 plus whatever the fee is for the balance transfer in the first month though.0

I have just finished an interest free for 9 months with a Virgin MBNA card, the min was £5 and no BT....0
