Theory test booking problem
I orginally booked my theory test online for next Wednesday (resit). I booked it yesterday night. Today, I received a call about an interview, which clashes with the theory test date (i.e. next Wednesday). So I decided to take it on Saturday 16th instead, so I changed the date online. I got a confirmation that the date has changed, and printed the confirmation letter out, which states the new time/date.
I logged back in and received the following message:
DSA appointments must be rescheduled at least 3 clear working days in advance. This appointment needed to be rescheduled on or before 12 January 2010. You may keep your original appointment or phone 0300 200 1122 to book a new appointment. A new appointment must be paid for and you will lose the original fee.
Does this message mean I don't take my test this Saturday?
I tried calling the number for help, and it keeps looping back to the 'telephone message'. I did follow their instructions, and press 1 for theory test related issues, then it talks about data protection act, or press 2 to continue. I press 2, and it loops back to the beginning without putting me through. :S
I tried to change the tes date from Saturday 16th to some other date AS A TEST, but it won't let me proceed.

I got through to them now. They have told me the change has been successful, and could take my test on Saturday 16th!
