Adobe acrobat help needed

I use adobe acrobat 6.0 professional to convert my documents before sending by email to colleagues (voluntary organisation) because of the various versions of 'Word' the rest of them have.
I have also started to produce form and monthly returns in pdf, but thought that the others (who have reader installed) could complete the forms and save them or return them to me.
I know I used to do it at work when I only had reader - but I think the documents were on an intranet.
Is there any way of doing this? Can I activate something in the pdf documents before sending, or do I need further software?
Hope the explanation is clear enough. TIA

I'm not too good with acrobat yet but I think in version 6 pro you need to go to advanced editing tools and insert text or dropdown boxes etc where you want someone to input data,
From what I know of acrobat it basically turns documents into images which can then be viewed so your original boxes etc would just become part of the image (i think! Someone will probably correct me now)

Yes, I have text boxes, form fields, etc. But once the others fill in these fields, they can't seem to save or email the doc. Does this mean that those with the reader version can read, add and print off the sheets only?
I really need them to be able to save these forms once they've added their information.:jI gave up jogging for health reasons; my thighs rubbed together and my knickers caught fire!0 -
I'm hoping I might have more luck with an answer now that England's out of the Cup. Or do techies watch soccer?
Don't answer that question - it's the adobe question I need an answer to.:jI gave up jogging for health reasons; my thighs rubbed together and my knickers caught fire!0
